Commission Information
So you've decided that you like my style, and you'd like to commission me. Great, now read over the following to get an idea of my rates, and when you know what you want, send me an e-mail.
The way I work
-- If you're interested in a commission, send me an email. Make sure to lable it "Commission Request", otherwise I might overlook it.-- Keep in mind that if I do not feel comfortable with the request, I have the right to refuse it. I have a list of things that I will not draw listed later on.
-- If I like the idea, I'll send you a reply letting you know, and then we can discuss in more detail how you want it to look. If I don't (or if I'm not comfortable with it), I'll still reply, but I'll explain my reasons why.
-- I will start with a rough sketch and send it to you to look over. To make the commission more secure, I will ask that you pay me roughly half of the overall price.
-- I will finish the piece and send you a small, watermarked copy to show you that I have finished. Now I will ask that you send the rest of the payment, including shipping.
-- The piece will be shipped in the mail, or you will recieve it in a large file through email upon request.
What I Won't Do
-- Mechas-- Landscapes
-- Animals
-- Babies
-- Copyrighted Art - I will draw your original characters, but not Akira Toriyama's.
Things to consider before emailing me...
-- Make sure you know what you want. Don't send me a message saying "I don't know what I want. Surprise me." I can't read your mind!
-- If you have references, include them. If it's a pose, or a piece of clothing, a certain hairstyle, whatever, it will make things a lot easier for the both of us if you include them. A link to the site with directions to what you're referring to will work as well.
-- This goes without saying (but I'll say it anyway), BE SPECIFIC! You're the one paying for the piece, and I want to make sure you get it the way you want, so details are a must, otherwise I'll use my imagination. ~_^
-- For commissions I'll only work in traditional media, unless it's something for a website, then it's done on my computer. I don't do digital coloring, sorry.
